The carbide cutting tip, brazed to a specially engineered steel shank, is designed for precise groove cutting in composite building materials. This tool excels at routing V-shaped grooves, removing the aluminum cover and part of the polyethylene core, allowing the remaining material to be easily folded or creased by hand. High-grade Amana carbide ensures exceptional tool longevity, especially compared to standard carbide-tipped tools.
